1. Return Policy for Damaged or Broken Artwork
We take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of our artworks during shipping. If you receive a damaged or broken artwork, you may return it free of charge under the conditions listed below.
2. Notification Period for Damaged Items
If you find that the artwork has arrived damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we may not be able to process return requests.
3. Steps to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged artwork, please follow these steps:

• Attach clear photos of the damage, along with a photo of the packaging in which the artwork arrived.
• Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our returns team.
4. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the damaged artwork, we will offer a refund or replacement, based on availability and your preference. If a refund is chosen, the full purchase amount, including any shipping fees, will be refunded.
5. Return Shipping
Once your return request has been approved. The damaged artwork must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping, so please ensure proper packaging.
6. Exclusions from Return Eligibility
• Artworks damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return under this policy.
• If the artwork is returned after the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer only a partial refund.
7. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our artworks and strive to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
8. No refunds will be accepted for refusing the artworks or declining to pay duties.
